Nutrition Counseling
If your relationship with food and your body is clouded by guilt, shame, or confusion — if your thoughts are consumed by rules, judgments, or concerns about what you're eating, how you're moving, or how you look — you've come to the right place.

In a world saturated with conflicting messages about nutrition and the latest diet trends, it's no surprise that so many people lose touch with their body’s natural cues and wisdom. When we pause and pay attention, it becomes clear that these so-called “nutrition hacks” and “miracle foods” are ever-changing — and rarely support a lifestyle that feels sustainable, enjoyable, or aligned with your values.

If you're ready to improve your relationship with food, movement, and your body, we're here to help. Our team of clinicians works from a non-diet, Health at Every Size® (HAES) and Intuitive Eating framework. We're committed to helping you quiet the noise around food and body image so you can focus your energy on what truly matters most in your life.

Offering both in person and virtual sessions

Intuitive Eating Counseling
Stop dieting. Learn to trust your body again.
Research has shown that diets don't work in the long run — in fact, over 95% of them end in weight regain.
If you’re feeling stuck in the cycle of dieting and self-blame, know that it’s not your fault — and you’re not alone.
When you're ready to step off that rollercoaster and explore a more peaceful, sustainable relationship with food and your body, we're here to support you every step of the way.
Nutrition Counseling for Eating Disorder Recovery

We specialize in working with individuals facing all types of eating disorders, and we’re deeply committed to providing care that is inclusive and affirming. Support for Parents
Whether you're a parent working through your own relationship with food and body image… Supporting a young child who’s navigating selective eating… Or parenting a teen who’s starting to struggle with body concerns or disordered eating — you’re not alone, and we’re here to help.

Feeding your child — and raising them in a world full of confusing, often harmful messages about food and bodies — can feel incredibly overwhelming. From infancy through young adulthood, these challenges are real, and they can stir up a lot of uncertainty, fear, and pressure.

We’re here to offer gentle, nonjudgmental guidance and coaching to help you raise intuitive eaters, while also supporting you in exploring your own beliefs, worries, and expectations around food and body image. This work isn’t just about your child’s well-being — it’s about creating a more peaceful experience for your whole family.

Sarah brings both professional expertise and lived experience to this work. With a background in pediatric nutrition and a deep understanding of intuitive eating, body image, and disordered eating — along with her perspective as a parent of two — she’s uniquely equipped to walk alongside you on this journey.
If you're feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or simply need someone to talk to — reach out. You don’t have to do this alone. We're here for you.
