Nutrition Counseling

If you feel confused or overwhelmed about how to feed yourself, if your relationship to food and your body filled with guilt and shame, if your headspace is dominated by thoughts about rules and judgments about what you're eating, how you're moving, or your appearance - you've come to the right place.

We live in a world so completely overrun with messaging about nutrition and the latest diet plan that it's no wonder so many people become disconnected from their body's innate wisdom.
When we begin to pay attention, we realize that the latest "nutrition hack" or "miracle food" is constantly changing and that the diets suggested rarely feel in alignment with a sustainable and enjoyable lifestyle.

If you're ready to work on your relationship to food, movement, and your body, we can guide you to find peace in all of these areas. Our clinicians operate from a non-diet, Health at Every Size, Intuitive Eating based approach and are eager to help you quiet all of the chatter around food and body so that you devote your attention to the things that matter most to you in life.
