TESTIMONIALS

"Before nutrition counseling, I was prepared to get weight loss surgery to "fix" my eating issues. I was unhappy, hopeless, and convinced that there were no other options... that is until I had my first session with Sarah Patten. Working with Sarah is like working with a good friend. She always provided a warm, trusting atmosphere and I always felt like I could confide in her my most alarming food fears. She was totally responsive to my individual insecurities and advised me on how to listen to my body. She taught me that my so called "problem" wasn't in my gut, it was in my head. Food always held this power over me and, gradually, Sarah taught me to break away. Now, I'm free. I can honestly say I've never felt healthier or happier and I owe it all to Sarah's constant support!"

Jamie, Former Client in Recovery

"Sarah was instrumental in my recovery, and I'm so lucky to have worked with her! Always available, knowledgeable, understanding and kind, she was never judgmental and made me feel so comfortable throughout theprocess. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone seeking nutritional counseling, she's really one of the best."
